Going green
I’ve enjoyed doing a few raw juice diets and particularly love Raw & Juicy. I’ll also post soon about my favourite juice bars soon.
In the mean time, I also wanted to be able to make my own green juices in the morning. I invested in getting myself a big glass mixer just off Amazon. It’s given me the kick I needed to be healthier and now every morning I make up a fresh juice to get me going.
Morning Green Smoothie
- a handful of spinach leaves
- 1 pear
- 1 apple
- 10ml cherry concentrate
- a squeeze of lemon juice
- 2 tblsp aloe juice
- 1 level tsp chlorella powder
- 1 heapded tblsp hemp protein powder
- 100ml almond milk
- 200ml water (can always add more if you want it more liquid)
Blend until smooth and enjoy.
