Cocktail: Champagne cocktail with apricot brandy

Although this is a great cocktail for Christmas, the spiced bitters and warming brandy fit nicely into winter months, it’s so easy to make there’s no reason you can’t enjoy it all year round.
Serve in a Champagne coupe…
1 cube brown sugar
3 dashes Angustora bitters
1 shot Apricot brandy
Top with Prosecco
How to make: Coat the sugar with the bitters and place it in the glass. Pour the apricot brandy over the sugar cube. Top up with Prosecco.
